A luxurious five double bedroom villa with fantastic sunset views across Camps Bay and Lion’s Head. The villa is less than five minutes walk to the famous Camps Bay beach. The large garden and heated swimming pool are perfect for relaxing in the sun, while the large elevated terrace is protected from any wind and an ideal spot for dinner or a braai. Recently refurbished with bespoke interior design, the house has open plan living, solid wood floors and a modern kitchen which flow beautifully onto the terraces revealing magnificent views of Camps Bay, Lions Head and the Table Mountain cable car.
All five double bedrooms are air-conditioned and heated with sea facing balconies leading off each. The huge living and dining areas open up on to balconies with spectacular beach and mountain views. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring 5-plate gas cooker, two ovens, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine. In addition, a large scullery with double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier caters for all needs. On the garden level there is a pool room with large plasma TV and own bathroom. At road level there are two lock-up garages with direct secure internal access to property and an inclinator (outside lift) alongside the stairs up to the house.

Features and Facilities:
- A maid and house steward are provided Monday to Saturday.The maid services include cleaning of the house, changing linen every three days, washing of guests clothes and ironing. The house steward is available to ensure that everything in the property is to working order. He will be on hand to set up everything in the morning and clear away in the evening, clean the pool, set out sun loungers, maintain the garden, help with luggage/shopping, carry drinks and be of general use to guests.

- Provisional reservations are held for a 7 days, after which time the reservation needs to be confirmed by paying the deposit, failure to do so will result in the dates being the space will be released for resale.
- Confirmation of provisional reservations: Payment of 50% of the total reservation value within 21 days of confirmation.
- Payment of the balance due at 60 days prior to arrival for High/Peak season and 30 days prior to arrival for low season.
- Breakage deposit will be R 16 000 payable on the day of arrival.
- The breakage deposit will be returned 3 days after check out.
- If any breakages occurred the guest will be informed about the amount and this will be deducted from the breakage deposit and the remaining amount will be returned to the client.
- Smoking is strictly only allowed outside.
- No pets allowed.
- The property does allow children, but the property is not child proof.
- Please be aware that the swimming pool is unfenced, and there are lots of stairs and high balconies.
- No loud music or noise after 22h00 at night.
- Cancellation 91 days and more prior to arrival: full refund will apply.
- Cancellation 61-90 days prior to arrival: 25% of total accommodation.
- Cancellation 31-60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total accommodation.
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, no shows or early departures: 100% of total accommodation.
