A spectacular 200m-squared terraced town house which includes a separate fully equipped studio as the 2nd bedroom, situated on the slopes of Table Mountain with beautiful sea and mountain vistas.

The Town house has 2 separate units, both with their own private entrance, sleeping a total of 6. The main unit, which is on the upper level, has a lounge/study that converts to the 3rd bedroom with an "air double bed" and a sleeper sofa, this room has its own en-suite bathroom.

Both areas have direct access to the pool deck. The upper unit has a massive, well equipped, private entertainment BBQ area and sun deck. Although there are two separate units, the tenant has exclusive use of both and is not rented out as separate units.

The main town house unit sleeps 2 guests in the bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests on the double airbed and couch in the study. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a full size air/water therapy Jacuzzi and shower.

There is a flat screen TV in the main lounge, bedroom and BBQ deck with DSTV throughout. The unit is inclusive of water and electricity, as well as a separate ironing and laundry area. It has an inverter to supply basic electricity to the property if there is a power outage.

The studio apartment is a gorgeous quaint studio below the main unit and situated in the garden, next to the pool.

It has beautiful views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles, as it is positioned on the slopes of Table Mountain and sleeps two people comfortably.

This apartment which acts as a 2nd bedroom, has a separate entrance, one secure garaged parking bay, a fully equipped kitchenette and an open plan living space that overlooks the pool. It is all you need when you spend most of the days lounging by the pool or on the beach.

The unit comes with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, WiFi, DSTV and a flat screen TV.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
