Please note this villa is split into 3 different units.
There is a tenant situated in the middle floor. The penthouse is situated on the top floor and the 3 bedroom on the ground floor. One enters the top floor penthouse via wide glass doors opening onto a spacious open plan living area with panoramic sea views over Camps Bay.
A 4 seater round glass dining table and white leather couch sits on balau wooden floors in front of huge patio doors through which an large elevated swimming pool and outdoor wooden deck verandah beckon. The L - shaped green and white wicker couches allow one to relax whilst enjoying the views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach extending to Bakoven.
To the rear is a bedroom with adjoining en suite bathroom with shower and bath. A frosted sliding door neatly enclosed behind the TV focal wall can separate the main bedroom from the living area if needed.
There is an attractive elevated lush garden surrounding the outdoor area which creates privacy.
The lounge boasts a flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player.
Downstairs is yet another contemporary 3 bedroom villa with swimming pool. All 3 bedrooms are en suite. An eight seater outdoor dining table welcomes al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge suite as well as 4 sun loungers encourage relaxation. The living and outdoor area is asymmetrically divided by a L-shape swimming pool while the perimeter of the property is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens.
The fully equipped Siemens kitchen with a oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and gas hob has white counter surfaces overlooking the dining and living area which is perfect for entertaining your guests. There is a completely separate scullery area providing a washing and drying utility area. The second living area boasts yet another flat screen TV with surround sound connection.
All double volume glass sliding doors open out to outdoor sitting and deck areas. The wooden landing with 4 sun loungers has views back over to the bar and open plan living area, as well as a large tree provides shade from the hot summer days.
There are three similar proportioned bedrooms. The first has a view over the swimming pool, bathtub as well as a shower with fine views over the deck area. There is ample wardrobe space for all bedrooms. Modern colourful portraits decorate the walls. There is a further guest bathroom on this level.
The villa has secure off street parking for 2 vehicles as well as garage parking for 2. The villa is fully serviced Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends. Extra cleaning, concierge and airport transfers can be arranged on request. There is an uncapped wireless internet connection throughout the villa.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.

If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
